Computer and Internet Using Course? within the purpose ofevaluating all educational activities through we need to confirm and fix theproblems in all institutions where in-service activities are arranged. As is inall educational activities also in-service activities need to be evaluated. Thepercent of achieveing objectives in in-service training, may due to theparticipators? behavioristics and their training process. ? Education forFuture? is managed to be used by the computer and computer labs userteachers and, must be evaluated in order to understand whether theprogram is sufficient actual demands of them and how much it correspondstheir requests.This research study is made by Ministry of Education at Adanaprovince in order to improve and evaluate in-service training courses titledas ?usage of computer and enternet?? for primary and secondary schoolteachers . This researchs? focus is the primary and secondary schoolteachers in Adana province . The sampling of research study is 140teachers who participated to the titled training course . In this research studya questionaire is used as such a kind of quantitative survey .This questionaire is firstly served to the 20 people as a pilot study topre-evaluate the in-service training course . The statements ( answers) firstlywere executed with the factor analysis and according to result comparisons,formed criterias were collected under 3 subtitles. The subtitles are; ?Relatingvito Preparation of In service Training? and ?Relating to Application ofEducational Programmes? and ?Relating to Evaluation Post- Application? .After all the statements were treated with the Likert scale due to thevalidity and reliability test none of the questions had any leak of reliability .The questionary reliability coefficent and the subtitles sufficiency is resultedquitely high . Frequent distrubution for the personal infomation questienarywas prepared and consequently commented. T- Test and ANOVA Tests areapplied to gain the control ; whether teacher?s in-servicing trainingquestionaire answers change according to their personal characteristics ornot.The diagnosis of this research is;Teachers? gender and their ages demographics don?t show significantdifferentiation beside this ( due to branch variation) visual ?plastic artteachers show meaningful optimist perspective , synchronously theclassroom teachers show relatively pessimist perspertive than the otherbranch teachers . In professional seniority variety , it is established thatteachers show more interest to adopt in principle in their first five yearexperience. Most of the teachers think that tenancy of enternet andcomputers in their lessons effects the succes of lessons positively . Theteachers on the contrary are negative to the questions of the evaluation .Generally positive results have been gained during the evaluation , butthere is no sufficiency evaluation pre-test before the courses for teachers andsome of the teachers denoted that they felt apprehension and inhibition.Item Çağdaş Yetişkin Eğitimi Liderlerinden EduardBilir, MehmetItem Ortaöğretim öğrenci ailelerinin uyuşturucu madde kullanımının zararları ile korunma yolları hakkındaki görüşleri (Ankara ili örneği)(Eğitim Bilimleri Enstitüsü, 2004) Zor, Cüneyt; Bilir, Mehmet; OtherThe aims of this research are to find the opinions of high school familiesabout drug usage damages and protective methods in terms of their social,economic and culturel status and to develop suggestions according tofindings.The study group of the research was 238 adults who were randomlyselected from families of student of Bahçelievler Deneme, Keçiören, Özel Arıand Ulus Endüstri Meslek high schools in Ankara. Data were collected by thequestionnaire prepared by the researcher. The data obtained from the researchwere analyzed by frequence, percent, mean, standart varience, annova andscheffe by means of SPSS.The results indicate;1. Families have less information about recognition of drug materials, butthey have high level of information about drug usage damages andprotective methods.2. It seems that the higher statute the families have in terms of social,economic and culturel, the more conscious of drug usage damages andprotective methods they are.This research found out that families have no enough information aboutdrugs. The educational activities which are going to be carried out by theinvolved institutions must be restructured concerning the situation of people?seconomic, social and cultural skills.Item Ortodoks Marksizm ile Sosyalist revizyonizm arasında özgün bir figür: Jean Jaurès(Eğitim Bilimleri Enstitüsü, 2014) Çoban, Selma; Bilir, Mehmet; OtherBu araştırma Mardin'de yaşayan yetişkinlerin tarihi ve kültürel miraslarını tanıma, tanıtma ve koruma yönündeki bilinçlilik durumunun saptanması amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma tarama modelinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini Mardin'de yaşayan, 18 yaş ve üstü yetişkinler oluşturmaktadır. Bu evren içinden amaçlı örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenen 332 yetişkin üzerinde çalışılmıştır. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde, betimsel istatistiğin frekans (f) ve yüzde (%) tekniklerinden yararlanılmıştır. Anlamlılık testi için Ki-kare tekniği uygulanmıştır. Mardin'in tarihi ve kültürel mirası konusunda, erkekler, kadınlara göre daha çok bilgi sahibidirler. Mardin'deki yaşam süresi arttıkça, Mardin'de yaşama isteği de artmaktadır. Mardin'de yaşama isteği, erkeklerde, kadınlara; yaşlılarda, gençlere; eğitim düzeyi düşük olanlarda, yüksek olanlara göre daha fazladır. Mardin'de bugün İslam, Hıristiyan ve Zerdüşt dinlerine mensup, Türk, Kürt, Arap, Süryani, Ermeni ve Zaza gibi etnik kökene sahip yurttaşlar bir arada yaşamaktadır. Mardin'in taş yapı sanatında ve mimarisinde; Süryaniler, Osmanlı, Arap ve Türklere göre daha etkili olmuşlardır. Mardin'in tarihi yerlerini erkekler kadınlardan daha fazla bilmekte, aynı zamanda daha fazla gezip, görmektedir. Eğitim düzeyi yükseldikçe, Mardin'in tarihi yerlerini gezmeden önce tarihleri hakkında bilgi edinme oranı artmaktadır. Katılımcıların, çocuklarını ve bölgeyi tanımayan konukları geldiğinde, müzelere ve tarihi mekânlara götürme durumu; yaş, eğitim düzeyi ve Mardin'de geçen yaşam süresi yükseldikçe artmaktadır. Yetişkinlerin, tarihi ve kültürel değerleri koruma ile ilgili yasa, yönetmelik benzeri mevzuatlar ve yaptırım güçleri hakkındaki bilgileri sınırlıdır. Mardin'deki eski yapıların üstüne yapılan yeni binaların yıkılmasını en az 58 yaş ve üstü grup ile okuryazar olmayan grup istemektedir. Araştırmaya katılanların çok büyük bir çoğunluğu, Mardin'in tarihi ve kültürel değerlerinin atalarından kendilerine kalmış ortak bir insanlık mirası olduğu ve bu değerleri koruma görevleri bulunduğu görüşündedirler.Item Yetişkinlerin kentlileşme ve eğitim ihtiyaçlarına ilişkin görüşleri (Ankara Şentepe örneği)(Eğitim Bilimleri Enstitüsü, 2010) Sevi Özçelik, Damla; Bilir, Mehmet; Eğitim Programı ve Öğretimi BölümüThis research was formed to identify the adaptation problems and educational needs in the course of urbanization according to the views of the adults who live in the shanty town of Burç Neighbourhood in Şentepe, Ankara.In this research the survey model was used. In order to collect data for this research a questionnaire prepared by the researcher was used. After referring to the expert opinions, the questionnaire was finally formed. The population of this research consists of the adults living in Burç Neighbourhood in Şentepe shanty town, Ankara. In order to form the sample group, firstly the headman of the neighbourhood was interviewed and the houses were visited randomly. In those houses 200 volunteers were chosen to be interviewed using the questionnaire.The answers by the participants were interpreted by being gathered systematically using frequency and percentage techniques of the descriptive statistics.When the obtained findings were examined, it was found out that the majority of the adults who participated in the interview wanted to take part in the courses. However, the imbalanced rate between the participation and the wish to participate showed that the number of adults who already know about the courses is not many. Moreover, the needs to not ignore the wishes and needs of the adults identified by this interview and to have classes on different subjects according to the wishes of the adults were found out. The conclusion that for the adults who make up the majority and who want to continue with their education, there is the need of classes to graduate from secondary and high school was drawn. As a society, there is a need to change perspectives and instead of thinking ?I?m too old.? or ?I can?t understand.?, it was found out that ?There is no age to learn.? should be the adults? motto.
